To focus our resources on our core mission of childcare and ensure the long-term growth and stability of the 4K program under specialized district infrastructure.

No. For the 2026-2027 school year, the program will continue "as is" to ensure a stable, seamless experience for your child. The school is reviewing / considering moving to a 4 day model 27-28 year, however it does not appear that will take place this coming year.

This will be determine by the school districte and provided to parents once it is finalized.

We are committed to a stable transition. Kali Wenger has graciously agreed to continue serving as our Center Director while we begin the search for a new, dedicated leader. This ensures consistency for our staff, families, and daily operations throughout this transition period. 

From the school district, Admin stated that they would expect the same field trips for the children at the Valley and West Union campuses as are taken by other district programs. Moving forward, teachers will need to coordinate these field trips and seek approval at the September school board meeting, just as is required for other grade levels. 

At this time it will still be called "Valley Preschool".
