New Software Enrollment Needs your help!!!
As previously shared, we are officially transitioning our parent portal and billing management platform from Procare to Playground! Playground features a fantastic mobile app that we highly recommend downloading to stay connected, but please read the important enrollment details below before you get started.
💻Tips for a Smooth Enrollment
✅Use a Computer: We highly recommend completing the registration forms on a desktop or laptop computer. The forms can shrink on mobile screens and may require a lot of refreshing. MAKE SURE TO USE THE LINK IN THE EMAIL FROM THE ONSITE COORDINATOR TO ENROLL!
✅Tag-Team Strategy: We suggest picking one parent to fill out all the initial paperwork. Once completed, you can easily invite the other parent to link to your child's profile!
✅Check Your Inbox: A primary guardian should follow the personalized enrollment link that was emailed directly to our families.
🗒️What You Will Need
To complete the enrollment, please have the following details ready:
✔️Child's preferences
✔️Doctor/medical information
✔️Emergency contact details
✔️ACH / Bank Account Information: Bank draft will be our official payment method moving forward.
‼️Yes this requires filling out previous documents filled out for your children when they started with the center. We Apologize for the inconvience.
⏰Key Dates & Deadlines
📅Effective Date: This new Playground system and billing cycle goes into effect on July 1, 2026.
📅Completion Deadline: We request that all enrollment information be completed no later than 5:00 PM this coming Wednesday, June 24th.

Valley Childcare hours of operation are 6:15 AM - 5:30 PM Monday-Friday.
Children will not be accepted before 6:15 AM and all children need to be picked up by 5:30 PM.
Preschool
Preschool
Three Year Old Preschool is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45-3:20.
Children may not be dropped off for Preschool before 7:45 AM. Wrap care is offered as part of the Daycare. Please work with our Coordinator for the days in which Wrap care will be needed.
